By accessing our website, booking a strategy call, enrolling in a course, or purchasing a package, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About Us

RiseHer Roadmap and Global Assist Inc. provide business strategy, systems, virtual assistant support, CRM implementation, marketing, and AI automation services to entrepreneurs and business owners. Our offerings include educational courses, service packages, and one-on-one strategy support.

2. Eligibility

Our Services are intended for business owners and individuals who are at least 18 years of age and have the authority to enter into a binding agreement. By using our Services, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Courses and Enrollment

We offer a range of paid courses for business owners and virtual assistants, including but not limited to The Delegation Playbook, AI Tools for Business Owners, Revenue Systems for Services, Hire & Manage Your First Virtual Team, and other listed programs. Course pricing, module count, and availability (including waitlisted programs) are subject to change without prior notice. Access to course content is granted upon successful payment and is for your personal or internal business use only.

4. Service Packages

We offer service packages, including Foundation Build, Growth Engine, Scale & Authority, and Visibility & Growth Partner, each with different scopes of virtual assistant hours, CRM setup, automation, content, and advertising management as described on our Packages page. Specific deliverables, hours, and outcomes for each package are outlined at the time of purchase and may be customized through a signed service agreement or quote.

5. Appointments and Strategy Calls

Booking a strategy call or appointment through our website does not guarantee enrollment in any course or package. We reserve the right to recommend services based on your goals and to decline service where appropriate.

6. Payments

All fees for courses and packages must be paid in full or according to the agreed payment schedule before access or services are provided, unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted and are subject to change at our discretion for future purchases.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

Refund eligibility, if any, will be communicated at the time of purchase or in a separate service agreement. Courses and digital content, once accessed, are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Ongoing service packages may be cancelled according to the notice period specified in your service agreement.

8. SMS and Marketing Consent

By submitting your information through our contact or appointment forms, you may consent to receive SMS notifications and marketing messages from Global Assist Inc. Message frequency may vary, and message and data rates may apply. Text HELP for assistance or reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. You may withdraw consent to marketing communications at any time without affecting your access to purchased Services.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, course materials, branding, graphics, and systems provided through RiseHer Roadmap and Global Assist Inc. are the property of Global Assist Inc. or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, resell, or repurpose our course materials or proprietary systems without our prior written consent.

10. No Guarantee of Results

While we provide strategy, systems, and support designed to help you grow your business, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue, or lead generation results, including from advertising, CRM, or marketing services. Results depend on numerous factors outside our control, including your industry, effort, and market conditions.

11. Third-Party Tools and Platforms

Our Services may involve the use of third-party platforms, including CRM systems, scheduling tools, advertising platforms, and automation software. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or issues caused by third-party providers.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RiseHer Roadmap and Global Assist Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RiseHer Roadmap and Global Assist Inc., its founders, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of our Services or violation of these Terms.

14. Modifications to Services and Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services, including course offerings and package inclusions, at any time. We may also update these Terms periodically, and continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the province of Quebec, Canada, and the state of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles, depending on the location of the contracting entity involved.
